Terms & Conditions for Umrah Pilgrims (Zahreen)

By booking your Umrah package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Travel Documents:
1. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
2. All visas, including Umrah visa processing, are subject to approval by the Saudi Embassy and respective authorities.
3. The company will not be held responsible for any visa rejection or delay.

Payment Policy:
1. Full payment must be made before the departure date.
2. A booking confirmation requires an advance deposit as communicated at the time of booking.
3. Payments once made are non-refundable unless specified in writing.

Package Inclusions/Exclusions:
1. Packages include visa processing, hotel accommodation, and transportation as per the selected plan.
2. Meals, Ziyarat tours, and guide services may be included or optional depending on the package.
3. Airfare is included only if mentioned explicitly in the package details.

Cancellation & Refund:
1. In case of cancellation, charges will apply as per airline, hotel, and visa policy.
2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30–45 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
3. No refund for unused services, missed flights, or no-shows.

Travel & Accommodation:
1. Hotel bookings are based on availability and may be changed with similar or better standard options.
2. Room sharing is arranged according to the package (quad/triple/double basis).
3. Any damage to the hotel property by the pilgrim will be charged accordingly.

Health & Safety:
1. All pilgrims must be medically fit for travel and perform religious rituals.
2. Travelers must carry valid vaccination certificates as per Saudi regulations (e.g., Meningitis, COVID-19).
3. The company is not responsible for any illness, medical expense, or loss during the pilgrimage.

General Behavior:
1. Zahreen are expected to follow the local laws of Saudi Arabia and respect the sanctity of the holy places.
3. Misconduct or violation of laws can result in legal action or deportation.

Liability:
1. The company acts as a facilitator between the pilgrim and the travel services (airlines, hotels, transport).
2. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, political unrest, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Amendments:
1. The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or package due to unavoidable reasons.
